Team Member Referral Program

Great people tend to know other great people - and Mountain States Team Members are great people. So, what better way to make sure we continue to hire the best than to ask you to refer the qualified people you know for open positions.

When your referral is hired into a job that is on the "hard-to-recruit" list, you could earn $1,000 or $1,500, depending on the position.

Hard-to-Recruit Positions:

Earn $1,500!

Registered nurses, MRI techs, special procedures techs, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, cardiovascular techs, pharmacists, medical technologists and radiation therapists

Earn $1,000!

X-Ray techs, ultrasound techs, nuclear med techs and scrub (surgical) techs, physical therapy assistants and certified occupational therapy assistants

If your referral is hired for a hard-to-recruit job:

  • The bonus will be paid in three payments over the length of the introductory period for the recruited Team Member with 30% of the total bonus paid following 30 days of employment, 30% paid at the conclusion of 3 months of employment and the remaining 40% paid at the completion of the introductory period of employment.
