Mountain States Health Alliance appreciates the continued service of its Team Members, which makes possible the attainment of its mission. Recognition of their contributions is achieved through a Service Awards program, which is part of the Team Member benefits program. Service Awards/pins will be presented annually at special awards ceremonies. Award eligibility is based on years of continuous service from the most recent hire date.

Team Members are recognized at 1, 5 and 10 years of service and then for every 5 years a Team Member stays with Mountain States beyond 10 years.
