Current Team Members
After successfully completing the introductory period, all Team Members will have their performance evaluated on an annual basis. The purpose of the annual performance evaluation process is to provide for two-way communication regarding work performance expectations and achievement between Team Members and their supervisors. The process provides for documentation of Team Member developmental needs and formulation of education plans to promote higher skill levels. The performance evaluation process also provides a formal mechanism for monitoring and documenting Team Member competency so that an annual competency report may be compiled and submitted to the governing body. A recommendation regarding an increase to base salary is made at this time.
